Influenced by German design principles and early modernists like George Nelson and Charles Eames, Paulin also emphasized the social aspect of modern design. His work adorned prestigious spaces like the Élysée Palace and the Louvre Museum's Denon Wing. Posthumously awarded the title of "Royal Designer for Industry," his designs remain timeless icons of 20th-century design, epitomizing the essence of Brutalism.
