Working mostly in grayscale, she uses light, proportion, and expressive line work to explore identity and human complexity. She values experimentation and adapts her techniques according to each concept, creating a practice that evolves over time while maintaining a clear, consistent artistic voice. This work carries a belief in the self that has endured and continued to create despite the difficulties of reality. Thinking of oneself as a slow blooming flower, the artist reflects on the days spent holding on, and portrays the human figure as a flower in bloom. The piece also incorporates a range of experiments, including impossible postures beyond the limits of the human body, techniques that scatter paint by blowing air, and methods of building surfaces by rubbing the paper.
